How the data compounds
- Append-only price history. Each price becomes an observation with an id, a content hash, the source URL, the source's as_of date and the date we recorded it. A changed price adds a new observation that points to the one it supersedes. Nothing is overwritten or deleted.
- Immutable snapshots. Every build that changes the data saves a dated, read-only copy of the full dataset with SHA-256 checksums. 5 snapshot(s) so far, latest 2026-10-25T1512Z.
- Changelog. What changed between snapshots: /changelog/.
- FX. Conversions use ECB reference rates (via Frankfurter), with ExchangeRate-API's open endpoint only for currencies the ECB doesn't publish. Each converted value names its rate, date and source. Daily FX files are kept too.

Prices are facts we found on public pages, each linked to its source. Provider listings are compiled from public sources and are not endorsements. Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Translations are machine-generated; English is authoritative.
